$2,890.77 to $4,336.16

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre‑tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Join our team as an IT Audio Visual Analyst, where you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Kwik Trip’s audio‑visual and collaboration technologies. This role is responsible for managing AV hardware and software platforms, fine‑tuning DSP processing, and ensuring seamless functionality across conference rooms. You will also provide leadership and guidance to AV Analysts 1 and 2, while driving innovation through research and adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, upgrades, and optimization of conference room technologies, digital signage, and audio systems.

Serve as subject matter expert for collaboration and Audio Video technologies.

Manage AV projects from concept to completion, including vendor coordination and asset management.

Provide advanced technical support and act as a senior escalation resource for the AV team.

Facilitate large and high‑profile meetings to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Develop and maintain documentation, including audio schematics and knowledge base articles.

Research emerging AV technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance Kwik Trip’s collaboration infrastructure.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AV solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

4–6 years of experience in AV device management and administration.

Hands‑on experience with Crestron, DTEN, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, NEAT, QSYS Audio DSP, Shure audio solutions, and Dante audio networking systems.

Basic networking knowledge.

Leadership and vendor management experience.

Certifications such as AVIXA CTS‑D or CTS‑I, ITIL, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS are preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

Advanced knowledge of audio and conference room technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical writing skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including noisy or enclosed spaces.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, with some evening hours as needed. This position participates in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support when required.
