Senior Sales Account Specialist – Wellbore Construction

We need a sales advisor – account management that is driven, knowledgeable, and eager to join our team and make things happen.
Responsibilities

Defending the safety and quality performance upon which the Baker Hughes brand is built by anticipating customer needs and affirming adherence to standards when rapid response is required.
Closing sufficient profitable business to assure revenue/margin plan is achieved despite activity and delivery risks.
Developing strong personal relationships to understand customer needs, influence decisions, and drive results to improve their business.
Proposing technical solutions to customer specific applications and remaining engaged through successful execution to payment.
Reporting the activity pipeline for your accounts to support quantifying industry spend and Baker Hughes share/plan.
Maintaining an accurate forecast of activity to operations for equipment and capacity planning purposes.
Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in completions & wellbore intervention (liner hangers) product line.
Have 2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead others.
Excellent listening, spoken, and written communication skills in English.
Ability to balance multiple simultaneous external and internal demands.
Precise observation skills and strong problem‑solving ability.
Desired Characteristics

Have previous field and operational experience.
Have experience with liner hangers.
Have a bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel up to 10% to support sales to accounts throughout the region.
