Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Clinical Account Specialist Pro located in Chico/Sacramento, CA territory.
About Cardiovascular
We’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments in heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, expanding standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation patients.
As The Clinical Account Specialist, You Will
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment during case procedures, meeting and exceeding business goals.
Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training.
Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business.
Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
Drive collaboration and maintain consistent communication with the local team and support partners.
Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and staff inside and beyond the EP lab.
Stay current on product instructions, best practices, technical troubleshooting, and relevant scientific literature.
Prioritize and respond appropriately to requests in a high‑stress environment.
Maintain composure and problem‑solving focus during stressful interactions.
Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to formulate solutions.
Provide mentoring for new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested.
Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners.
Perform administrative work, including account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and system input.
Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
Ensure subordinates follow Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
Ensure personal and Company compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience.
A minimum of 2 years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment, or completion of the Company’s ACAS program.
A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, and technical knowledge of EP technology and the business landscape.
Maintain clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to sit for extended periods, work in a hospital laboratory, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear, and work variable hours to meet patient needs.
May be required to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry experience.
At least one of the following industry certifications – CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS.
Experience with highly complex technical systems and/or critical patient care settings.
Effective and timely communication with coworkers and all levels of the patient care team.
Self‑starter with autonomy and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Problem‑solver who can think critically under high pressure.
Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborative in a team environment.
Able to analyze large amounts of data and translate information into actionable insights.

$80,000 - $105,000
Pay Transparency and Benefits
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is a cash incentive awarded at the Company’s discretion.
