Lead Generation Executive

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You will help support business development and staffing operations through cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, client coordination, and back-office support activities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to build professional relationships, and experience working within the IT Services or IT Consulting domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in an IT Services, IT Consulting, or Staffing company
Hands-on experience in:
Cold calling
Cold emailing
Staffing/recruitment support
Back office operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting US-based clients/customers
Understanding of IT staffing processes and consulting services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment
