Job Overview

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $15 hourly plus up to $1,000 weekly commission. Base pay is determined based on experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other factors. Spanish‑bilingual candidates start at $16 hourly.
Responsibilities

You’ll work on‑site at our premier partners, talk to prospective customers in the store, and book appointments for a no‑cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. You will follow up with feedback and information recaps, coordinate next steps with the team, and earn a great wage plus bonuses and commissions.
Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
People‑oriented and motivated to help build the RBA footprint
Dedicated and dependable team player
Available during weekdays and weekends, including evenings
Able to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
