Social Fire Media is a 5-star rated, award-winning performance marketing agency in Blue Bell, PA. We’re growing quickly and looking for a senior, client-facing marketing leader to join our team as a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media & Client Success.
This key role leads client relationships, drives high-level strategy, improves paid media performance, coordinates internal projects, and ensures clients feel informed, confident, and highly satisfied.
We work with eCommerce brands, local businesses, national companies, and growth-focused organizations. As a small, fast-moving team, we are deeply involved in our clients’ success. This role requires someone proactive, organized, strategic, accountable, and willing to do whatever it takes to help clients win.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of digital marketing, account strategy, or senior account management experience, with 5+ years preferred. Above all, this person must be exceptional at building relationships, communicating clearly, improving performance, and keeping clients satisfied without overpromising.
What You’ll Do
Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership
• Serve as a senior strategic point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, trust, transparency, and follow-through.
• Lead client meetings, strategy calls, performance reviews, and planning sessions.
• Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies across paid media, creative, reporting, and internal execution.
• Set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, keeping recommendations, timelines, and commitments realistic.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, performance, and account growth.
• Proactively flag risks, performance concerns, communication issues, or client needs before they become problems.
Paid Media Strategy & Performance Improvement
• Lead high-level paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, AdRoll, and other platforms as needed.
• Review campaign performance and identify ways to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, revenue, and overall account performance.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, and specialists to develop testing strategies and optimization plans.
• Provide strategic direction on campaign structure, budget allocation, creative testing, targeting, offer strategy, landing pages, and funnel performance.
• Align strategy with client goals, business priorities, seasonality, and budget expectations.
• Help determine when to scale, adjust strategy, or reset expectations based on data.
• Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Reporting, Analysis & Client Communication
• Own or oversee client reporting to ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and easy to understand.
• Present performance results, trends, insights, and recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Explain complex campaign data in clear, practical language clients can act on.
• Connect marketing performance to broader business objectives, including sales, revenue, lead quality, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Prepare for client meetings with agendas, performance takeaways, next steps, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide timely updates on campaign performance, project status, deliverables, and priorities.
Project Coordination & Internal Team Leadership
• Coordinate projects across paid media, creative, reporting, email, analytics, and other service areas.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate client priorities clearly to internal team members and help remove roadblocks.
• Manage timelines, follow-ups, meeting notes, action items, and next steps across multiple accounts.
• Prioritize work based on client impact, urgency, performance opportunity, and available resources.
• Maintain ownership of the client relationship and strategic direction while collaborating with internal specialists.
AI, Automation & Workflow Innovation
• Use AI tools to improve strategy, reporting, research, communication, workflow efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Be highly skilled with Claude Cowork, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms used for marketing, automation, analysis, and productivity.
• Leverage AI to analyze performance data, organize insights, draft client communications, build workflows, improve processes, and accelerate strategic output.
• Identify practical ways AI can improve internal efficiency, client service, reporting, campaign strategy, and account management.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and help Social Fire Media operate at the cutting edge of AI-enabled marketing and client service.
Client Satisfaction, Retention & Growth
• Own client satisfaction through strong communication, strategic thinking, and consistent execution.
• Build long-term trust by being honest, prepared, responsive, and performance-focused.
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts where appropriate, including new services, increased budgets, creative testing, email marketing, AI solutions, or additional ad channels.
• Improve client retention by proactively solving problems and consistently demonstrating value.
• Balance client needs with internal team capacity, keeping expectations clear and realistic.
• Represent Social Fire Media professionally and confidently in all client interactions.
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account strategy, client success, account management, or performance marketing.
• 5+ years preferred, especially in a senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Account Strategist, or client-facing paid media role.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading client meetings.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and ideally TikTok, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, AdRoll, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, revenue, lead quality, and budget pacing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, timelines, and deliverables at once.
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to build trust.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage client expectations professionally.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, strategists, leadership, and external partners.
• Strong AI skills, especially with Claude Cowork, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI or automation platforms.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growing businesses and improving client performance.
What Will Make You Stand Out
• Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, local service, or national brands.
• Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating or improving client reporting systems.
• Experience using AI to improve marketing strategy, data analysis, client communication, or internal workflows.
• Strong understanding of creative testing, landing page strategy, funnel optimization, and offer positioning.
• Ability to lead senior-level client conversations.
• A track record of improving client retention, satisfaction, and paid media performance.

Experience
• Digital marketing: 3 years required.
• Senior account management, account strategy, or client-facing marketing role: 3 years preferred.
• Paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon, or similar platforms: 3 years preferred.
