Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.

Customer Needs Clarification:

Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on the needs of decision makers and influencers within the account.

Promoting Customer Focus:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to create executional plans that meet customer and organizational needs.

Marketing Execution:

Execute marketing plans for specific products to help change customer behavior and drive product adoption.

Adapts approach and demeanor in real time to match shifting demands in various situations.

Persuading:

Uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.

Key Performance Metrics:

Attainment of quarterly and annual sales quotas

Call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts

Compliance with regulations

What you will bring to Alcon:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Associate +6 yrs.; M.S.)

Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English

2 years of relevant experience
