Account Manager – Flushing, NY

Alcon is seeking an Account Manager to increase territory revenue by selling Alcon’s vision care portfolio of products. This role focuses on promoting Alcon’s innovative technology and partnering with eye care practitioners using a needs‑based selling approach.
Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.
Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on customer needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to create execution plans that meet customer and organization needs.
Execute marketing plans for specific products to influence customer behavior and drive product adoption.
Key Performance Metrics

Attainment of quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts.
Compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or high school +10 years; associate +6 years; or master’s.
Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

Pay range: $108,800 – $140,800 annually.
