Glass Decal Associate
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Glass Decal Associate in Toledo, OH. The position involves customized decals and logos on glassware in a distribution environment and includes all aspects of warehouse operations such as selecting, packing, feeding into heat treat machines, inspecting quality, and providing shift relief.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday; Fridays as needed

1st Shift: 8:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Thursday; Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00 pm–2:30 am, Monday–Thursday; Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 6:00 pm–4:30 am, Monday–Thursday; Fridays as needed

Duties and Responsibilities

Sort and fill tables with glassware.

Pack and unpack glassware with care.

Load boxes of glassware onto the conveyor belt.

Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.

Take on additional duties as trained in new positions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Strong attendance is required.

Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to work quickly in a production environment.

Ability to work in a warm environment (due to glass treatment furnaces).

NO EXPERIENCE is required; candidates must work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
