Qualifications

10+ years of BPO sales experience, with a stellar record of securing new clients and closing large, transformative deals.

Deep knowledge of customer experience, digital transformation, and back‑office services.

Strong relationship‑building skills and a network that opens doors to industry leaders and decision‑makers.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills capable of winning trust and inspiring action.
