(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Reports to the Lead Search & Display
Your Responsibilities
You will support the planning, setup, and optimization of campaigns across the full funnel for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in all our European markets
You will create reports and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
You will assist in the implementation of A/B tests, Multi-Arm Experiments and Lift Studies to help us understand the true impact of our marketing
You will proactively leverage Generative AI tools to uncover hidden growth potential and test new AI-driven features, ensuring our campaigns stay at the cutting edge.

You have successfully completed studies in business, economics or communication/media – or an equivalent apprenticeship/training with appropriate work experience
You have at least two years experience in Performance Marketing, including hands‑on experience with Search, PMax and Demand Gen. Additional expertise in the Google Marketing platform is highly valued. Any additional experience in SQL, Python, Google Ads Scripts, Tableau or Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) is a plus
You possess solid MS Excel skills and enjoy diving into large data sets to identify the patterns and relationships that drive performance
You leverage Generative AI to boost campaign performance. You’re excited to test new AI features and use your analytical skills to see what’s truly driving impact
You possess a proactive mindset, a creative approach to problem‑solving and analytical abilities
You are a collaborative team player and enjoy working in cross‑functional environments
You are driven by curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous professional development
You are proficient in English; additional knowledge of German is considered a plus
