Raider Media Productions Advisor - Winter Season

Hastings High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Raider Media Productions Advisor - Winter Season.

The Raider Media Productions Advisor leads a student-driven live sports broadcasting program, overseeing production of athletic events through video, audio, and digital streaming platforms. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervising students in pre-production and broadcasting roles (camera, audio, announcing, production), coordinating event coverage schedules, managing equipment and technology systems, and ensuring high-quality, professional broadcasts. The advisor collaborates with Hastings Community Television, athletic coaches and community partners, supervises students during events, and manages logistics, safety, and media compliance. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills, with an estimated time commitment of 1520 hours per week.

Candidates are desired to have successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community. This position reports to the HHS Athletic Director and Principal, who provide overall job objectives and observe performance.

Compensation/Benefits

$3000.00 for winter season 2026-27 Season (mid November-February)
