The AWS Brand & Creative team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting Creative Program Coordinator to support AWS Brand development projects. The Brand team is leading a collaborative effort to evolve the AWS brand, establishing a durable foundation to inform everything we make, say, and do—driving meaningful business outcomes. As part of this work, the team operates across brand strategy, design, and copywriting to create a distinct and unified experience for our customers.
The Creative Program Coordinator will support the AWS Brand Program Lead to drive the creative process, maintain schedules, manage assets and deliverables, coordinate resourcing and staffing, support multiple small to medium-sized projects, orchestrate creative workflows, track milestones, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and support high‑visibility brand initiatives across multiple content types and channels.
Key Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers alongside the Brand Program Lead.
Gather project inputs and compile information for creative briefs.
Schedule and support creative reviews and working sessions; capture and distribute notes and action items.
Collect asset specifications, maintain trackers, and follow up with owners to drive on‑time delivery.
Assist with day‑to‑day agency coordination, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines.
Prepare internal and external communications on brand updates, process changes, and milestones for review.
Compile weekly status updates, flagging risks and timeline shifts.
Proactively surface roadblocks and escalation to the Brand Program Lead.
Support improvements to brand guidance, tools, and team workflows that increase efficiency and delivery quality.
Basic Qualifications
Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience working within cross‑functional and creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with brand strategy.
Experience with digital asset management tools.
Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience in technology or B2B marketing organizations.
Proficiency in Adobe products, Figma, and other design tools.
Familiarity with design processes, tools, and systems, with a keen eye for optimization and efficiency.
