Volunteer Opportunity: Social Media & Content Lead

MADIFF is looking for volunteers for one of its projects. The project is called AFRIMEC. We are building a high-level platform connecting business leaders, institutions, and investors across both Africa and Middle East.
As part of our founding phase, we are assembling a professional volunteer communications team to establish AfriME’s digital presence and visibility.
Role: Social Media & Content Lead (Volunteer)
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Content Lead to shape AfriME Chamber’s online voice and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage social media posting schedules
Publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging
Transform strategic messages into clear, engaging content
Create member and partner highlight posts
Support basic content for newsletters and website updates
Profile We’re Looking For
Experience in social media management or digital content creation
Strong writing skills in English (French is a plus)
Interest in international development, business, or diplomacy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
