Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager’s responsibilities include the coordination and monitoring of project deliverables, schedule and scope. Also oversee all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments and risk management along with summarizing project status.
Project Work
Apply appropriate project management standards.
Oversee various types of mid- to large-scale digital projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality.
Plan and monitor project artifacts through the creation, development, review and approval process.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with the client.
Manage all change requests, validate the budget/schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members.
Actively partner with clients and client engagement teams to identify new opportunities which address critical business needs.
Manage forecasts, financials and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects.
Actively partner with an account management on scoping and pricing new opportunities.
Develop, implement and maintain overall processes and procedures driving greater efficiency and quality of work.
Liaise with program management (if the project is part of a program) and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated.
Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
Ensure project is compliant with all Accenture security standards.
Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
Conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
Work with Legal, Finance and Operations to define contracts (SOWs); assist with MSA and NDA development.
Collaborate seamlessly across account, creative, strategy, design, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life and deliver exceptional work.
Must bring proven experience in a fast-paced advertising agency environment, with a strong understanding of how to navigate cross-functional teams and drive work from brief to launch.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven expertise with various project delivery best practice methods, including, but not limited to waterfall, agile, and scrum.
Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Previous experience working within a creative agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, longform content and print.
Bonus points if you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Bonus points if you have experience with CMT accounts.
