You will manage senior client relationships, acting as the principal executive liaison to ensure a seamless and collaborative delivery experience across multiple teams. Candidates should have 12 to 15 years of professional experience with a proven focus on managing large, complex portfolios within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. The role requires exceptional skills in strategy, commercial negotiation, and executive communication, alongside a history of successfully influencing senior external stakeholders and overseeing multimillion‑dollar client accounts.
As the Vice President of Account Management, you will be responsible for the financial performance of a significant book of business, defining fiscal targets, and uncovering opportunities for account expansion. Your ability to engage with senior leadership across all agency departments will be crucial in optimizing service delivery and driving initiatives for sustainable growth.
