The Dealer is responsible for dealing live Table Games while creating an entertaining and exciting environment. Required games include Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Let It Ride, Roulette and Craps/Dice.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
Deal games at a pace that delivers consistent, continuous action for guests.

Greeting guests promptly and courteously.

Create an environment where guests can have fun at their table.

Always follow procedures, maintain a high level of concentration, and maintain or develop dealing skills.

Protect and control the game.

Conduct the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, managing guest transactions and notifying the Supervisor of any irregularities.

Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.

Advise the Table Games Service Supervisors of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players and dealers.

What You Will Need

Minimum age of 21

Effective communication in English, both verbal and written in a professional manner

Neat and professional appearance

Ability to perform basic math functions

Flexibility to work various shifts

Minimum of 6 months dealer experience

Gaming License

Additional Requirements
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around the assigned table in the Pit department during the entire shift, with regular interval breaks.

Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers’ demands in a fast‑paced environment as well as respond to visual and aural cues.

Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.

Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying.
