Assistant General Manager

School of Rock Attleboro is seeking an organized, dependable Assistant General Manager to support the business side of our music school. Much of this role can be performed remotely, with occasional on‑site involvement as needed.
Primary responsibilities include payroll, sales, financial reporting, and social media.
Responsibilities
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Prepare and review financial statements and business reports
Manage sales leads, follow‑up communication, and enrollment support
Assist with customer communication and prospective family outreach
Support social media and marketing efforts
Help maintain organized business records and administrative systems
Assist with general operational and management tasks
Qualifications
Experience with
payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, or sales
Comfortable working with
financial statements, spreadsheets, and reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Experience with
QuickBooks, payroll systems, CRM software, or similar business tools
preferred
