Customer Solutions Specialist

The starting pay rate for this individual will be $20/hr.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and emails from customers ordering product
Answer questions about products while providing solutions, and resolving any concerns that surface.
Build sustainable relationships with customers
Process customer orders and payments
Work closely with operations, accounting and sales teams to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
