User Experience Designer/Service Designer

Responsibilities
Bring best practices in human centered design to support initiatives across the state to holistically improve users’ end-to-end experiences with state services. Be a champion for user needs and guide designers, researchers, content strategists as well as technical teams on projects with state agencies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical degrees

2 years experience in user experience and service design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing interactive prototypes and other UX/SD artifacts

Location
All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland.
