About the Role
This role supports Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems, providing an opportunity to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state.

All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland.

Responsibilities
Bring best practices in human‑centered design to support initiatives across the state to holistically improve users’ end‑to‑end experiences with state services. Be a champion for user needs and guide designers, researchers, content strategists, and technical teams on projects with state agencies.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical degrees

2 years experience in user experience and service design

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing interactive prototypes and other UX/SD artifacts
