Program Supervisor – IDD & Behavioral Support

YAI is seeking a dedicated program supervisor in West Virginia to oversee the health and safety protocols of those we support. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining program excellence, and facilitating team communications.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in supervising direct support professionals for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. An annual compensation of $66,300 is offered.
