Operational Excellence Manager

The Operational Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement efforts across the organization to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and drive sustainable performance improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes
Develop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business goals
Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem‑solving activities
Coach and train employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Identify performance gaps and partner with teams to implement sustainable solutions
Establish and track improvement metrics, KPIs, and documented results
Support new product introductions, process changes, and capital projects
Oversee ISO Certifications, training, audits, and team members associated with our certification
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
Lean / Six Sigma experience required (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred)
Proven & Progressive experience leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in ERP systems and Power BI
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
