Favored is looking for a Managing Producer to serve as the primary strategic partner for a selection of our TikTok Shop Live clients. This hybrid role combines client relationship management and live commerce production strategy. You'll own the strategic client relationship while leading the operational and creative execution of their live stream programming. This is a hands-on role - you'll be occasionally producing shows yourself (especially during launches), while building and coaching a team of contract producers to scale quality and performance over time.

This role requires being on-site to manage live productions and coach producers in real time.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact and trusted strategic advisor for brand partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client's marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams

Lead regular client check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews, translating data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations

Proactively identify opportunities to grow the account by proposing new programming, expanded schedules, or strategic initiatives that drive value

Navigate and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency, escalating when appropriate

Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client quality standards and brand guidelines

Conduct brand, product, and category research to inform positioning and promotional strategy

Develop brand and product training guides

Analyze merchandising and promotional structures for the brand

Develop tailored live commerce strategies based on product type and price architecture

Analyze live shows to identify repeatable drivers of conversion and sources of friction

Develop structured frameworks and best practices to maintain quality at scale; own implementation and enforcement of standardized live sales frameworks

Identify show bottlenecks impacting GMV and propose tactical adjustments

Review and report on performance data on a weekly basis, surfacing insights and trends to inform strategy

Diagnose underperforming streams and recommend specific, actionable adjustments

Team Development & Production

Hire and train producers dedicated to the brands you oversee

Produce live shows as needed, particularly during brand launch, to build first‑hand knowledge and establish quality benchmarks

Partner with producers to implement performance improvements and ensure adoption of strategic frameworks

Provide structured feedback to producers and hosts based on performance review

Elevate on‑camera quality, host development, and strategic consistency across all shows

Support producer training and ongoing strategic skill development

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in live production, e‑commerce, or brand/account management, with direct ownership of client relationships

Hands‑on TikTok Shop Live experience is required: you’ve produced or strategically managed live commerce programming on the platform

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, build strategic narratives, and translate insights into actionable adjustments

Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop junior team members in a fast‑paced production environment

Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and managing client stakeholders from coordinator to director level

High ownership mentality with a track record of managing complex, multi‑workstream accounts with minimal oversight
