Job Summary

The Software Engineer III will be responsible for building custom software solutions of high‑quality while following the coding standards and technical design.

PLEASE NOTE: Ideal Candidates MUST possess the following: 7 yrs. + .NET Experience, Automated Material Handling Industry Experience, and authorized to work in the U.S. without Employer Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications
  • Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
  • Typically report to a manager
  • May direct the work of other software engineers
  • Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project or product
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
  • Travel up to 15%

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
  • Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Proficiency with Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting/debugging software applications
  • Experience with Windows Services, Dependency Injection, Web APIs, SQL, LINQ, TCP/IP, .NET Core
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure/DevOps, Git, Source Control, Bug Tracking, SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office
  • Experience designing and developing Web‑based systems, as well as Client/Server based applications
  • Experience in software development lifecycle methodology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
