What You'll Do

Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs
Review scripts and recommend adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are

Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural, idiomatic speech
Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Attuned to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have

Experience with studio recording, broadcast, or professional voice-over production
Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variations
Background in linguistics, theatre, radio, or audiovisual performance
Prior experience evaluating audio quality or providing production feedback
