This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding vocal presence, native-level Italian fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

What You'll Do

Record professional-grade Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are

Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Attentive to nuance — you can identify and articulate subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
Nice to Have

Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
Background in broadcast media, theatre, film, or professional audio production
Familiarity with AI tools, audio evaluation workflows, or speech technology
Experience providing structured creative or quality feedback
