REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 to 7 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
· Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes.
· Proficient with Microsoft C#.net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
· Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server.
· Experience with Oracle.
· Experience with Microsoft Azure.
· Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later.
· Experience using HTML.
· Proficient with Test Driven Development and Unit Testing methodology.
· Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment.
· Strong communication and validation skills.
· Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
· Experience with defining Web architectures and design for enterprise.
· Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
· Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner support from a wide variety of stakeholders.
· Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise.
