Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
- Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft C#.net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
- Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later.
- Experience using HTML.
- Proficient with Test Driven Development and Unit Testing methodology.
- Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment.
- Strong communication and validation skills.
- Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
- Experience with defining Web architectures and design for enterprise.
- Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
- Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner support from a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise.
