Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer service/appointment‑setting position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
