Key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Oversee the administration of comprehensive benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices
Lead cross-functional projects and manage vendor relationships to optimize service quality and costs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in strategic operations or benefits administration in a leadership role
Expertise in benefits and compensation program design and compliance
Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims and occupational health programs
Proven experience with enterprise-level HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
