Director of TV and Audio

Leading client relationships and growth agendas, the full-time salaried Director of TV and Audio will manage a portfolio of clients, aligning full funnel TVAD plans with business goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Own senior stakeholder relationships and align TVAD plans to business goals, securing decisions on options and trade-offs
Orchestrate optimization across partners and embed insights into planning to enhance performance and measurement
Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing clear goals and governance to ensure quality and consistency

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in TV/video/audio/display with proven results across multiple partners
Hands-on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms, audience/data usage, and quality/verification standards
Experience with incrementality/lift measurement and ability to connect media to revenue metrics
Strong financial acumen in margin/utilization management and capacity planning
Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior clients and internal leaders
