Audience Data Operations Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting the execution of audience data and identity products, acting as a key operational resource to ensure effective communication and maintenance of audience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure audience segments in DMP and ad servers, ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting delivery issues
Coordinate client onboarding requests and track audience-related support tickets across Sales, Planning, and Account Management
Produce monthly reports on audience data usage, assist in monitoring performance, and support sales enablement efforts
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Appreciation for data privacy and protecting listener data integrity
Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
