Driving expansion revenue, the full-time remote Customer Account Executive will focus on identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing SMB and Mid-Market customer accounts while collaborating with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
Build and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing customers
Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities within the customer base
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly expansion bookings and drive pipeline creation
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales or account management with SMB and Mid-Market companies
Proven track record of owning a revenue target and successfully closing deals
Experience managing pipeline and forecasting revenue
Background in SaaS, MarTech, or related industries
Experience selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions preferred for Enterprise roles
