Senior NRM Manager
The Senior NRM Manager drives value growth for Haleon’s US business by setting the pricing strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high‑impact pricing initiatives that improve net revenue, margin, and pricing efficiency across customers and categories.
Key Responsibilities
Own Pricing strategy, taking input from Brand Portfolio & Channel strategy to translate into a multi‑year NRM pricing roadmap.
Build a pricing post‑audit process to understand pricing action performance, including elasticity forecast and tracking, and determine unit and revenue moves across categories, channels, and customers.
Define and enforce clear strategic guardrails and execution standards with Brand Marketing, Sales, CS&P, and Finance leadership to ensure consistent execution.
Partner with Category GMs, Brand Marketing, R&D, etc. to embed NRM strategy and analytics into the innovation process.
Build a process to track and report competitive pricing moves across Haleon’s categories.
Embed pricing strategy into commercial planning cycles & digital tooling: assess KPI performance, diagnose risks/opportunities, and incorporate guidance and corrective actions into annual planning and commercial processes.
Serve as key thought partner to Sales & Brand teams during JBP & Brand planning cycles, ensuring NRM is considered a key input.
Support the NRM digital and capability team to build relevant digital tooling based on methodological best practices & user requirements.
Key Capabilities
Vision & Strategy Leadership: Set an agenda, anticipate external dynamics, and translate them into a differentiated Haleon roadmap that others can rally behind.
Commercial Execution: Develop and operationalize pricing strategies by creating guardrails, decision frameworks, and playbooks that Sales, CS&P, and Brand can use in customer planning.
Basic Qualifications
CPG experience.
5+ years of progressive experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) commercial functions.
Previous NRM experience highly preferred, including design and execution of strategy and pricing levers tied directly to BU financial outcomes to drive profitable growth.
Experience with critical consumer and shopper analytics such as perceived value studies, conjoint analysis and Circana.
Hands‑on expertise with the US retail landscape, including large‑format customers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Drug/Club), omnichannel commerce, and shopper dynamics.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and align cross‑functional partners, gaining buy‑in and navigating highly matrixed organizations.
Location: Warren, NJ (hybrid model, 3 days per week in‑office)
Salary Range: $143,620 – 197,478.6 USD annually + bonus
