Leading the integration of two legacy cultures, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Talent Management & Employee Experience will oversee the employee lifecycle, focusing on performance management, engagement, and organizational health while leveraging AI tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead enterprise talent strategies aligned with post-merger priorities, enhancing performance management and succession planning through AI-supported frameworks
Operationalize cultural behaviors that drive accountability and innovation, managing the employee listening strategy to maintain organizational health
Build transparent growth frameworks and career pathways in collaboration with Learning & Development, ensuring employees are equipped with emerging capabilities
Required qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience
Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide performance and succession initiatives, particularly during mergers or large-scale transformations
Strong understanding of how AI and workforce analytics can enhance human potential and streamline People processes
Ability to translate complex talent data into strategic insights for C-suite influence
Experience leading teams, including managing other people managers, with a focus on operational execution
