Senior Director of Talent Management

Driving the enterprise-wide strategy for talent management and leadership development, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Management will oversee talent processes, implement impactful development programs, and leverage AI and technology to enhance employee experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Shape and execute the Talent Roadmap, ensuring effective performance management and succession planning
Design and deliver leadership development initiatives and maintain the Leader Competency Framework
Own the talent technology and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance talent processes through automation and data-driven insights

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise talent management or learning and development strategies
Master's degree or higher in business, psychology, or a related field
Deep understanding of Industrial-Organizational psychology principles and data-validated evaluation methodologies
Proven success in designing talent and leadership development frameworks
Experience with talent technologies and AI-enabled solutions to improve employee experiences
