Key responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets
Coach and onboard new Tele Sales consultants to enhance team performance and growth
Manage performance reviews and collaborate with specialized sales teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in a call center environment
Experience in a highly regulated financial industry is highly preferred
Proven ability to partner with clients across various markets and industries
Demonstrated track record of performance management and team motivation
