Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with educational institution contacts
Provide training and guidance on products and services to clients
Manage client accounts and drive increased utilization of products while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
College graduate in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred experience in banking or customer service
Desirable previous experience in education (e.g., teaching or student services)
General knowledge of NBS products and services
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
