UX/UI Design Lead

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time UX/UI Design Lead will own digital design projects from discovery to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered, accessible digital experiences while mentoring junior designers.
Key responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects, guiding them from strategy through execution and optimization
Own the delivery of design systems and style guides, ensuring intuitive and scalable digital experiences
Conduct UX research and translate findings into strategic design solutions that align with business goals

Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact
Proven experience leading UX engagements and establishing design direction for complex digital projects
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems and responsive design
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA
Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team culture
