The Creative Services Lead is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that ensure consistent brand representation and elevate the firm’s visual identity. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing to shape and strengthen how our client is represented across the Americas through impactful and strategically aligned creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Development

Create, develop, and execute high-quality visual assets that deliver consistent and compelling brand representation across all platforms and channels

Partner with Brand Marketing and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into impactful creative concepts and deliverables

Support the evolution of the firm’s visual identity through modern, on‑brand marketing materials, templates, resource guides, fact sheets, and other branded collateral

Identify opportunities to refresh and enhance brand imagery to keep creative expression current, engaging, and effective

Balance creative innovation with business needs, delivering solutions that are visually engaging and strategically aligned

Brand Governance & Consistency

Update, maintain, and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency, quality, and accuracy across all materials

Adhere to established brand standards while applying a creative and modern design perspective

Ensure marketing collateral is thoughtfully structured and formatted, applying strong design principles that support clarity, readability, and brand consistency

Build, curate, and maintain brand image libraries to support consistent brand expression, efficient asset usage, and strong visual governance

Act as a trusted advisor on brand‑related initiatives, leveraging industry expertise and best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative assets aligned with business objectives and brand standards

Ensure alignment and collaboration with global business partners across branding and marketing initiatives

Partner cross‑functionally to execute projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards

Process Improvement & Workflow Management

Create and manage workflows that support efficient creative development and execution

Implement, document, and manage creative best practices while identifying and improving operational inefficiencies

Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet established quality expectations

Qualifications

Strong understanding of corporate branding, particularly within B2B organizations

Proven ability to develop impactful visual assets and marketing collateral

Experience managing creative workflows from concept to execution

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Ability to maintain brand consistency while bringing a creative and strategic lens to projects

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
