Job Overview
As the Studio Manager, you will report directly to the franchise owner and manage the studio’s business operations, staff, and member experience. You will be responsible for hiring, training and scheduling sales staff, driving sales and revenue, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting the brand.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and schedule all studio sales staff.

Develop, evaluate, and execute performance of sales staff, ensuring their continued success and growth.

Attend training sessions and share lessons learned with the team.

Attend workshops to deepen product knowledge.

Manage daily operations, including client and staff concerns in a fast‑paced fitness studio.

Collaborate with corporate to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.

Promote the studio and brand through social media by directing staff to participate in campaigns.

Maintain regular meetings and training sessions to develop the team, meet goals, and track progress.

Coordinate marketing and sales drivers, including pre‑sale events, studio events, and outreach.

Handle disciplinary actions involving studio employees.

Meet performance metrics (KPIs), revenue targets, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facility maintenance.

Achieve personal sales goals and studio total goals.

Act as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, networking, and collaboration.

Ensure compliance with policies, business practices, systems, and device settings.

Qualifications

2+ years of fitness industry sales experience.

2+ years of customer service experience.

1+ year of boutique fitness management experience.

Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher.

Compensation
Base salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year with bonus opportunities up to 20% (total compensation $60,000–$72,000).
