Programs Coordinator, LAUNCH

Position Overview

FoundationCCC is hiring a Programs Coordinator (Remote, within California) to support the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, which connects California students with employers through work‑based learning programs.
Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate registered apprenticeship and other work‑based learning projects, ensuring high‑quality design and delivery.
Collaborate across departments and with external partners (educational institutions, industry employers, government agencies, funders) to implement and develop apprenticeship initiatives.
Maintain confidential participant records, enroll and manage participant data, track progress, and produce reports.
Provide logistical support for meetings and conferences: schedule, prepare agendas, distribute contacts, record, distribute and proofread minutes and related documents.
Qualifications

Relevant AA/AS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination thereof.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a fast‑paced administrative role managing multiple projects.
Experience in education or non‑profit settings preferred.
Familiarity with the California Community College system and registered apprenticeship programs is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and project design/implementation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with proofreading.
Proficient in calendaring, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
