Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy program strategy with defined goals and KPIs
Build and manage a customer reference program, identifying and nurturing customer advocates
Oversee the creation of customer success stories and advocacy content across various formats
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer success, focusing on customer advocacy
Proven track record of building and managing successful customer advocacy programs
Experience in developing various types of customer content, such as case studies and testimonials
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Data-driven approach with experience in tracking and reporting on program performance
