Managing the development of business proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Team Manager will oversee the proposal process, mentor a team, and implement strategic planning to ensure timely and compelling submissions.
Key responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards
Supervise and mentor a team of proposal writers, coordinators, and subject matter experts
Develop proposal strategies that effectively address client needs and highlight the company's value proposition
Required qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in EAP is preferred
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management software
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
