Leading the Client Solutions team, the full-time salaried Proposal Team Lead will manage quoting processes, ensure exceptional client service, and drive team performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain quoting processes, standards, and guidelines to enhance service delivery
Manage the quoting queue to meet service level objectives while overseeing team scheduling and utilization
Conduct employee reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
Required qualifications
5+ years of relevant technical experience in IT hardware and software sales
5+ years of management or leadership experience in a client-focused environment
Knowledge of ITIL standards and experience managing Microsoft licensing
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell
Strong business analysis skills with a good understanding of financial concepts
