ImpactSearch Partners is partnering with a well-established, mid-size company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to identify a

Sales Manager

to lead a high-energy inside sales team.
This role oversees a team of

20+ inside sales representatives

responsible for driving outbound sales activity nationwide. The Sales Manager will play a hands-on leadership role—coaching reps, analyzing performance metrics, and driving daily sales activity to meet contract and revenue goals.
This is a

high-visibility position reporting directly to the CEO

and offers the opportunity to shape team culture and sales performance within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 20+ inside sales representatives and supervisors
Drive daily outbound sales activity and ensure team performance against sales targets
Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and productivity
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Collaborate with company leadership on sales strategy and operational improvements
Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture
Ideal Background
5–10+ years of experience in sales, including leadership of inside sales or outbound teams
Proven ability to manage performance in a high-activity sales environment
Strong analytical skills xsgimln and comfort working with sales data and performance metrics
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Additional Details
Base salary range:

$120K–$140K plus bonus
On-site role located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
