Devereux invites you to join our team as a Program Manager in Mays Landing, NJ. This position reports directly to the Program Director and oversees our day program.

Responsibilities

Ensure our individuals are active, engaged, and productive by overseeing their vocational program

Actively supervise, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals and Employment Training Specialists

Conduct interviewing and hiring of vocational staff, manage performance, attendance, payroll accuracy, and training compliance

Ensure all shifts within the vocational program are adequately covered, maintaining profitability

Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals

Plan community‑based activities for our individuals

Schedule and transport our individuals to community‑based activities and job placement

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Valid, non‑provisional driver’s license

Availability for ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays

One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency

Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred

Empathy and a team approach to care for our individuals

Additional Information
Salary: $58,000 – $68,000
