Overview

Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth and transformation. The Sr. Technical Director leads a world‑class tech team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.
Position Level: Senior Director (United States of America).
Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to technical staff and client personnel
Identify gaps in practice knowledge and develop strategies to enhance capabilities
Create detailed project plans and manage budgets and resource loads
Leverage expertise across the organization to advance solutions
Handle engagement economics and ensure high‑level quality and efficiency on projects and deliverables
Develop and manage senior‑level client relationships
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role as a technical specialist, architect, or developer
Recognized as an SME in your technical domain
Active in external thought‑leadership activities that promote Huron
Deep expertise in design and architecture of cloud‑based enterprise‑scale software solutions
Experience in solution design, architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversion
Ability to train and develop Huron technical staff
Capacity to contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Willingness to support pursuit activities by attending orals as a technical expert
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel up to 80%
