You'll help banks, asset management and insurance organizations own their future by helping them to transform and create new business models to meet changing customer needs and drive sustainability.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Director you will:
- Lead a world‑class tech team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.
- Engage in a multitude of industry and Practice responsibilities, identifying gaps in practice knowledge, discovering strategies to enhance capabilities, and developing detailed project plans.
- Manage budgets and resource loads, handle engagement economics, develop and manage senior level client relationships, and ensure high‑level quality and efficiency on projects and deliverables.
- Leverage expertise across the organization and contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role as a technical specialist, architect, and/or developer.
- Recognized in the market as a known SME in their technical domain.
- Ability to build external and internal relationships across Huron; active in external activities related to thought‑leadership that further brands Huron.
- Deep expertise in design and architecture of cloud‑based enterprise scale software solutions.
- Deep experience in solution design and architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversion.
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron technical staff.
- Willingness to support pursuit activities by attending and participating in orals as a technical expert.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
